REFUND POLICY
I am flexible and understanding and always do my best to accomodate your needs. There are however a few guidelines that we must take in consideration.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED GOODS
All orders are carefully and securely packaged however there is always a slight chance that the item may arrive damaged. If you happen to receive a damaged item please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your package so that we can issue a replacement immediately. Refunds will be made in up to 12 days.
PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ITEMS
I do not offer return of personalized or custom orders as they have been made with highest attention to detail for you and specifications required by you in your correspondence prior to ordering.
