PAYMENT POLICY

Lydia WALL accepts Paypal payment and Visa ,Mastercard , Eurocard, American express, Maestro.

DELIVERY POLICY

I ship within the UK and Internationally.

You will receive your item in a customised package via First class Royal mail with delivery information.

International orders are mailed First class Airmail. It takes to arrive to :

EUROPE - 3-5 working days,

USA and CANADA - 7-10 working days

rest of the world - 10-14 working days

Customs and Duty fees are to be paid by the customer. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for international orders to clear Custom Departments in your country.

Multiple items can be shipped in the same parcel.

I will send you conformation mail upon shipping.

REFUND POLICY

I am flexible and understanding and always do my best to accomodate your needs. There are however a few guidelines that we must take in consideration.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED GOODS

All orders are carefully and securely packaged however there is always a slight chance that the item may arrive damaged. If you happen to receive a damaged item please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your package so that we can issue a replacement immediately. Refunds will be made in up to 12 days.

PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ITEMS

I do not offer return of personalized or custom orders as they have been made with highest attention to detail for you and specifications required by you in your correspondence prior to ordering.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I am happy to accept custom orders or personalising of items - just emasil me your ideas and requests and will try to accomodate them.
